The important thing is it is not only the phone, but I use it on the desktop and laptop computers as well. In addition, I often do video meetings and conference calls with my staff through Viber. It is easier to handle and manage than conventional projectors and meeting tables. It saves me and my staff travelling time and cost. At last but not least, most of the time, I use Viber to transfer documents and photographs instantly. It is perfectly clear and I do not have to beg the caller to repeat what he said again unlike other similar applications. Additionally, it automatically adjust the background noise level (I think, I am not an expert) to crystalize the voice of the caller. It is a really a useful point when you travel around while speaking through Viber. Then again, the video calls, superb quality and it makes you feel that you are really speaking to your partner in the other end face to face. It might depend on the speed of your internet connection and phone, but Viber is far better than other similar apps. No network or application errors and no frequent annoying updates to waste our time. That gives us peace of mind when we use it daily. Finally yet importantly, instant messages, stickers, voice messages and video messages makes your life happy and relaxed with your loved ones. #### Cons Well, the only problem I faced with Viber was that it was not working when I was in Oman. This was mainly because the countries telecommunication authority had blocked Viber according to country's law and to encourage people to use paid telecommunication methods rather than free apps like Viber. But i had a issue of getting banned from using my Viber account as my number was claimed as spam as for viber notification which was not really true. My account got deactivated and i could not activate till now. Since I largely used Vibe for our regular chats with customers and friends, my entire experience with it has been great. It features a lot of emoticons, which I use in my interactions with my pals. The only need is that I have a reliable internet connection, which I generally do. It is quite advantageous to both organizations and individuals since it has a broad range of jobs and is extremely secure. It is, in my opinion, an excellent application. Without a doubt, it is a booming software. #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 5/5 - Value for money: 5/5 - Customer support: 5/5 - Functionality: 5/5 #### Pros I use it to communicate with my family and friends, and it also helps me with my work. For my office tasks, I'm using a single click currently. Using this platform, I may assist my coworkers with workplace concerns. Viber is used for everything, including texting the solution, voice messaging, and video instructions. It's a fantastic tool for making you feel more comfortable when communicating. 10/10 - Bravo Viber! #### Cons Personally, I think the product could always use more upgrades, and everything can always be enhanced and better. No incentive was offered I used to use Viber a lot back in the day both for business and personal use and to be honest it was very helpful, however with time I don't have much use for it as most of my colleagues prefer other software over Viber. #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 5/5 - Value for money: 5/5 - Customer support: 5/5 - Functionality: 5/5 #### Pros Viber is quite a decent software. I like the user interface as it is very friendly, the designs are attractive and adding contacts onto the software is a breeze. I found Viber to be an excellent tool for communicating and sharing information and on top of this, staging meetings is quite straightforward. Setting up the app can be done effortlessly in a few comprehensible steps. I think it's great that video calls can even be done on 3g networks and as someone who travels to places with poor connectivity, I think this is very considerate as my business over the software can go on. The public chats option is very nice as I can explore public chats with divergent themes and follow topics which intrigue me. In case I send something by mistake, I can delete for everyone instead of deleting on one end so that's great. #### Cons On a sad note I have noticed that the software isn't as much popular as it was. Many of my business partners and friends prefer to communicate over Whatsapp so these days to be honest I really don't have much use for it.
