"The most thorough FAQ help documentation I have seen with 500-1000 customisability DYI FAQ's. If you want forums on your site, its WebsiteTool Box or nothing in my view."

"All the features and the control of them, all the integrations available, social/one log in for users, overall usability for users (like how it brings you back to where you left off in a thread), monetization opportunities."

"The flexibility provided in setting up these various groups allows us to address all areas of communication within the agency, by department, division, topic, area or project."
