Being able to communicate with many organizations in my company is great and useful. It is easy to use and organized.

It combines professional work with a fun side, where I can share ideas with my colleagues, as well as, any other things from my daily life that I may want to share with them.

We liked that this software gives the feeling of community and allowed us to broadcast side comments during a live stream.

Yammer is good for housing commonly asked questions & solving them in a group setting. Learning from each other is helpful.

The way it displays/sorts the feed is just confusing and unintuitive. Makes it hard to find specific posts.

It is more general or light-hearted news that is shared here, such as community service activities, industry trends, inspirational words from upper management. It makes us feel connected.

Communication method is better than sending emails. User friendly interfaces.

What i like the most about Yammer is its User interface, it is easy to navigate and we did not need any training to operate it. The best feature is that it can be integrated with Office 365 as well.

If you use all Zendesk Suite, Chat it's a great add-on, and it's cost per agent it is fair enough when compared to all the metrics you can gather.
