Zapfloor in de Kamer

I can now run a coworking network of 8 locations, in half the time I did before. So I am very pleased.

PROS

The features I liked most before using zapfloor were 1) that it was and is multilingual for both coworkers and staff, so frontend and backend. We are a network of coworking spaces with coworkers who speak many languages as well as partners who speak many languages so this is mission critical; 2) that it is modular so we do not have to use it in the way teh programmer envisioned but can use it according to our needs; 3) that it handles multiple locations seamlessly and without workarounds.

CONS

Onboarding took a long time, mostly because we did not have standardized processes going in. So we needed to develop those at the same time that we were introducing the software to new locations. When we started it was also much too much manual work to add customer information; that has in two years' time improved greatly.

A great community management system with even greater support

Zapfloor really helps us to manage our coworking space as efficiently as possible. Since using this software, we have a much better overview of our community. It has taken many administrative tasks off our hands - allowing us to free up more time for other things. Kudos to the entire Zapfloor team, a pleasure to work with you.

PROS

What's really nice about the Zapfloor software, is that all office management tools are combined in one dashboard and app. With the app our members can book meeting rooms, open doors, take a look at our events, register guests, write messages to the community and so on. For us - the backend user - it is really easy to have all the data about our community, events, and so on in one easy-to-use dashboard. The greatest thing about Zapfloor is their support. We have a customer success manager at our service who is always ready to answer our questions and is open for suggestions for new features. The communication with the Zapfloor team - and especially Amogh - is incredible.

CONS

The software is really an office management tool and less of a sales management tool. The dashboard contains some basic lead board elements, but I had hoped it would be more comprehensive. Fortunately, the Zapfloor team helps us to integrate the dashboard very smoothly with other sales tools.

Flexible and complex tool to work

Efficiency in organization, Overview of the company and quick inicialization

PROS

The software it is amazing to optimaze the taks, the work and the soluctions to your work. I am impressed how it help to organize the tasks, and the timing-consuming which we should take for each one, but the most effective soluction is the capability to give each one of us (workers) a overview of workplace.

CONS

I have been start to use it recently so I have no criticialities to it
