  • Pros

  • I like the Instant Meeting function the most. It is so easy to invite a colleague to join a meeting quickly, which really improves the efficiency.
  • I am very glad to say that i am very satisfied with zoom application. It is most widely used in world and having best features for remotly confrencing.
  • The ability to seamlessly involve hundreds of participants at the same time as well as easy UI makes Zoom an amazing alternative to other competitors.
  • Cons

  • If your wifi connect is bad it can cut in and out. Whenever someone enters the meeting a sound plays that can be very annoying when your trying to listen to a presentation and someone joins late.
  • If you have set it to 9.30am, if somebody has technical problems at their end they will miss it because one cannot change the time from 9.30am to later.
  • This could be very frustrating as some attendees are disruptive whether that is on purpose or not. This makes it very hard for some people to learn and to teach etc.

  • It's an excellent tool that has continued to improve over the past few years and has awesome reporting features that are required for the courses I use this software for.
  • I was introduced to this software from a support team that helps with an app we use daily. I was so impressed with the level of ease and speed this app provides, we had to get it for our company.
  • Relating with my clients well has won me a wonderful career in my field. GoTo Webinar has kept a high performance rate with the most technologically advanced patterns.
  • Cons

  • Also at this point the UI is comparatively much less intuitive and has fewer features than the competition. The WORST part is that we found out the company is highly unethical.
  • It sometimes crashes without knowing why making it very difficult to get back on the platform, this is bad.
  • Seems like it gets worse and worse. 2 weeks ago I had to contact Customer Service for the first time ever in 5 years because the applet wouldn't start and someone had to remote login to remove it.
