  • Pros

  • The training and implementation of Advanced MD to our practice was seamless due to the excellent care of our trainer.
  • The salesman was excellent in selling this software and I was so hopeful that it would be beneficial to me and my practice. I was promised that it would be up and running withing 4-6 weeks.
  • Our clients appreciate this, as do we. Whenever we have issues, we do have the ability to suggest improvements to the system - which helps.
  • Cons

  • The training and implementation took 4 months and was very frustrating. Their reports are wrong when you analyze them in detail.
  • Speed degradation is common complain. Our Practice, and patients and staff suffer as a result, and we lost lot our reputation with Patients and big financial lose for practice.
  • I don't like that when you do a reversal on a unapplied payment and you make a mistake it is completely lost and you are unable to fix it.

  • Easy navigation, excellent customer service. The team is always finding ways to make keep customers happy while providing excellent customer service.
  • An Absolutely beautiful looking EMR and amazing with apple products. Love the patient check in feature.
  • I like usability of this vendor and the customer service that is provided along with it. I think they are a good company to go with and plus the people you deal with are nice and friendly.
  • Cons

  • Occasional outages, worsening performance in the live claims feed for billing, and schedule performance issues recently.
  • There is downtime that slows or stops practice up to 15 minutes every 3-12 weeks, which is awful. Support is not readily available as it used to be.
  • Many times we are unable change a patient status from "checked in" to "in room. Nobody realizes the program glitched and the patient complains they were in the room forever.
