Pros/Cons
Pros
- The training and implementation of Advanced MD to our practice was seamless due to the excellent care of our trainer.
- The salesman was excellent in selling this software and I was so hopeful that it would be beneficial to me and my practice. I was promised that it would be up and running withing 4-6 weeks.
- Our clients appreciate this, as do we. Whenever we have issues, we do have the ability to suggest improvements to the system - which helps.
Cons
- The training and implementation took 4 months and was very frustrating. Their reports are wrong when you analyze them in detail.
- Speed degradation is common complain. Our Practice, and patients and staff suffer as a result, and we lost lot our reputation with Patients and big financial lose for practice.
- I don't like that when you do a reversal on a unapplied payment and you make a mistake it is completely lost and you are unable to fix it.
Pros
- We have been using Remedly for a year and a half now, and overall I am very happy with the system. It's robust enough to fit our needs, but not overly complicated like some other systems are.
- Remedly is a great choice for healthcare facilities looking to modernize their record-keeping while improving patient care.
- The on boarding team treats you like family and is vested in the growth of your practice from the get go. The platform is constantly improving and add customization and partnerships.
Cons
- But it make us worry a little because the professional can cancel the job beyond 24 hours, we will worry about if they cancel 2 days before the case, we can not find someone to cover it.
- I had a question about how to change some information that was mistakenly documented on the wrong appointment. This software is quite costly for what you get.
- Disliked everything about Remedly. It is the worst medical software I have ever used.
