Pros/Cons
Pros
- I love the easy file storage system and document identification feature. I like how the favorite file features is set up and the easy it is to copy and move files.
- I love that I can save e-mails directly from outlook into Worldox. I also like that I can create multiple matters in file.
- It keeps each case separate and allows for the differentiation of matters to also be distinguished among client files. Another feature I love is the Project option within a client matter.
Cons
- The software is unstable. We have been experiencing frequent crashes, inability to save documents, and the inability to attach to an email.
- The software's updates are almost always a disaster to perform and until their last update to the indexer it had been a constant issue for us where it would crash and need to be re-started.
- I've been using it for over a year now on a daily basis and still do not know all of the functionalities. There seem to be several different ways to access the same thing, which can be confusing.
Pros
- What I like most about this software is that it is very intuitive, user-friendly and there are lots of opportunities to integrate to or from other applications.
- The implementation experience was excellent. The support is also very good, we were able to adapt the product to our needs quickly.
- It is a fantastic tool to have all my production online and to manage all the files in an easy and organized way.
Cons
- Another disadvantage is that you cannot "upgrade" your licenses. At the launchwe bought some basic licenses and, after some testing, we concluded that these were too limited for us.
- Direct integration with Digital Ocean is missing although there already is integration with Google Cloud and Amazon Web Services.
- Lack of access management, user and password with expiration.
