Pros/Cons
Pros
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 has been an excellent software in management of sales tracking ability. It has been helping our team alot in fulfilling customer's CRM needs at ease.
- Great in programmatic management of product properties. It's an excellent tool in helping online sales and helping in customer retention.
- I also tried one of the best introduced versions Flow/Power Automate and Canvas Apps which is amazing. What I like the most is that it is very easy to use and it gives more value to my money.
Cons
- I always have the error message "an error' occurred, contact admin. I have not succestfully use this app on my phone.
- It needs some customization for your need and sometime it gives you errors and that is little unlikely to be in Microsoft products.
- It turns some people off to products when they have to wait for a live agent, and even worse- that's the only option. I didn't make this a priority simply because I'm not in the category.
Pros
- Overall, we are happy with Zoho. They are good people, provide great support, and you can't beat the value for money equation.
- This is a very easy to use CRM that helps stay on top of all my contacts. Amazing features for a free crm.
- Highly recommended and nice product for startups especially, who are looking for budget friendly and reliable product.
Cons
- We've got some problem with the email invitations often sent into the spam folder of our customers... but it's a common problem with other CRM I guess.
- Misleading information during the trial phase. Always upselling their useless apps through Zoho one.
- You get different answers from different customer representatives and the lack of an account manager is painful. App store is full of apps that barely work or aren't maintained.
