  • Pros

  • I have been impressed by the power of its analysis and reporting tools. Thanks to them, I have been able to make more informed and strategic decisions to drive the growth of my business.
  • The reports are clean and i love the multiple project document management through Dynamics 365 and the contacts management is good and analytics are very easy to create.
  • Dynamics 365 is the perfect combination of a world class ERP and CRM. The customer and lead management is outstanding with countless options to simplify daily tasks for users.
  • Cons

  • I always have the error message "an error' occurred, contact admin. I have not succestfully use this app on my phone.
  • It needs some customization for your need and sometime it gives you errors and that is little unlikely to be in Microsoft products.
  • It turns some people off to products when they have to wait for a live agent, and even worse- that's the only option. I didn't make this a priority simply because I'm not in the category.

  • Constant Contact excels with its user-friendly interface, reliable email deliverability, extensive integrations, and robust automation, making it a top choice for effective email marketing.
  • The feature that I like the best is the ability to manage the communication to a variety of people and split it into smaller groups if I need to.
  • This software can organize all of your email lists. It can also help create some really amazing promotional/news letter products to help the client stay connected with all of those emails.
  • Cons

  • The gym was never opened again and they kept charging us for more than a year. They are refusing to refund the charges and did not stop charge our credit card until we cancel it with bank.
  • Dislike with the Marketing program that you can only have 3 users on the product. Lost of times we needed more users.
  • We felt the customer service was poor and unfair given the extremely low percentage of those who clicked "spam" (2-3 individuals) out of 5-6K recipients on a given campaign.
