  • Pros

  • This is a very user friendly platform. I'm not the most computer savvy person, and the knowledge base is a fantastic resource if I ever need a refresher on how to do anything.
  • Efficiency is a big deal for me and Valant helps me improve efficiency every day. I'm very appreciative of the quality of Valant support.
  • There is a teaching period to help you learn the platform. I love scheduler, my notes, the integrates screeners, billing and creation of EDI, there are so many aspects to explore.
  • Cons

  • Problem is it rejects nearly every claim, which causes backups. My providers complain about how complicated notes were, I have lost sever providers because of it.
  • It has been incredibly frustrating and difficult. We have not opened our doors yet and are being sent invoices for service that were not even using.
  • Poor customer service, promises to update - eg the FireFox platform was current when Reagan was still president - unfulfilled, and the general visual formatting and intuitive use is underwhelming.

  • Their onboarding and support teams are efficient and proactive. It is clear management cares about their clients and is invested in their success.
  • Overall, ReThink has been amazing. The Customer service responds within hours to any concern, and consistently seeks feedback on how they can make their already amazing software better.
  • This means we have not only consistent, but quality communication with a team dedicated to improvement.
  • Cons

  • It's a little awkward to filter out errors when technicians make a mistake in data collection after the appointment has been verified. We HATE the interval and duration timers.
  • None of the staff seem inconvenienced by my ongoing questions or mistakes. This is my first business and getting started couldn't have been easier.
  • The plans are fairly useless to us in the field as they are not designed for clinical practices. The behavior reduction program layout makes it too simple to just check a lot of boxes.
