Pros/Cons
Pros
- The yearly conferences always a blast I love the one on one training and meeting all of the different users and sharing stories the trip is always FUN I would recommend sevocity to any and everyone.
- I have been using Sevocity since 2009. I enjoy the flexibility, I also appreciate that it is user friendly and Sevocity as a company is very attenuative in regards to how they can improve the system.
- What I like most about this software is that it is User friendly - Another feature that I like most about this software is that it is reliable.
Cons
- I also have a problem with everyone being able to get into functions that only Administrators should have, such as merging.
- The fact that you cannot delete permanently a record that was upload it by accident.
- Sometimes the updates are at odd times, and it can run a little slow, but I feel that can be expected sometimes. Otherwise I give this product an 8 out of 10.
Pros
- Their approach is consistently professional and it is actually a pleasure dealing with them because I know they will do their utmost to help.
- From both a legal health care provider chart documentation standpoint, AND a business standpoint, Jane App Is SUPER user friendly and just over all awesome.
- I love how easy this software is to make appointments and chart for my patients. It is great to be able to look up other templates as well if I don't want to create my own note template.
Cons
- It's very frustrating when we have a patient that needs multiple supplements and we have to send individual invoices for up to 10 products, sometimes more.
- Any features I feel are missing, I have added as feature requests and they have been voted on.
- I have used JaneApp as a client with about 3 different organizations and I always run into the same time-consuming, frustrating issue.
