  • Pros

  • I love the flexibility of this CRM and how 99% of the program can be customized. The online help is brilliant and actually live.
  • I like the lay out of the software. Its pretty easy to navigate around and the overall quality of the design is nice.
  • The service itself reflects the wonderful people who created it and work for the company. It is easy to use and super customizable.
  • Cons

  • The only negative thing I found with this software is how many different times I have to put in peoples information in different areas. It should just transfer over.
  • Lack of reporting is something that is being addressed. Email integration is inconsistent if you're using an Exchange server.
  • If Salesforce customers would be aware of FreeAgent CRM, Salesforce would have no clients any longer.

  • Pros

  • Ease of use, visual/aesthetic ability is fantastic (really helps to keep staff engaged), and support provided to help get you up and running.
  • It is a rare thing to find software you can "grow into" and that can actually help you as you mature your sales model. It is intuitive, flexible and excellent value for money.
  • I have been very impressed with the Pipeliner customer support. They have been very responsive when I have questions and have good follow up.
  • Cons

  • It cannot easily be operated offline from both the desk top and mobile app version. This makes some of your work inaccessible should you find yourself in place with poor or no internet connectivity.
  • I can't really say what I dislike about it as this is my first experience with CRM platforms as a whole. I'm just getting to know Pipelner.
  • This will be blocking point for businesses with other working languages such as French etc.
