  • Pros

  • For such a great price you get fantastic tool with which you can do absolutely any action on any managed OS, as well as get any inventory details for the licenses/hardware and so on.
  • Patch Management, Asset Management and Tracking and the ability to automate software deployment are the best winning features for us.
  • It's helped me on multiple occasions and has always been reliable. The customer service is also super responsive and helpful.
  • Cons

  • The endless number of bugs and faults and problems that have plagued this software since version 10.0.6 was released.
  • That is pretty annoying. Some of the error codes are also not understandable.
  • Too many times we have errors that are unexplained.

  • Well laid out dashboard and good documentation, patch management it great and support is helpful.
  • Overall it was a great product. We used this along with some other Datto products all of which we liked.
  • Overall we like Datto as our RMM platform. We've used several over the years and so far happiest with this one.
  • Cons

  • When a job has failed, maybe we can gather more specific data for troubleshooting purposes.
  • Once connected it would sometime leave the users desktop all black until they rebooted.
  • Overall do not like the company and now that it is owned by Kasaya I’m sure it will get worse.
