  • Pros

  • I think its a great product that does what it should do. Patching is reliable and easy to use.
  • Patch Management, Asset Management and Tracking and the ability to automate software deployment are the best winning features for us.
  • Support is also excellent. I had required 2 times so far their assistance and they where magnificent, fast and very responsive.
  • Cons

  • The endless number of bugs and faults and problems that have plagued this software since version 10.0.6 was released.
  • That is pretty annoying. Some of the error codes are also not understandable.
  • Too many times we have errors that are unexplained.

  • The Patronum team are absolutely committed to creating an amazing product that will help those managing their Google Workspace.
  • Love Patronum, the user interface is a pleasure to use, feels like a native Google app, and it's functionality is super useful.
  • The organisational chart and email signature management are super easy and have nice templates which you can quickly use to get underway.
  • Cons

  • As far as I am concerned there are no extras that we require.
  • I have yet to encounter something I dislike about the platform.
  • I found the policies a bit difficult to get my head around.
