Pros
- And if there is something that I DO need help with, the customer support from Cornerstone is OUTSTANDING.
- The functionality is comprehensive, with a lot of features you can customize including custom pages which are great for improving the user experience.
- You definitely don't feel like you're alone when you go with Cornerstone--they have an excellent product and excellent support. It also looks very user friendly.
Cons
- They instead said, too bad you're on a 3 year contract and we will sue you if you don't pay. We have over 5 months of implementation and the software does absolutely nothing for us.
- Versioning content and their associated assignments in Cornerstone is very confusing, and I often make mistakes that cannot be reversed.
- I have often gotten the odd look and the blow off when I expressed my need for assistance in this area.
Pros
- I can't say enough good things about not only the amazing support that 360Learning has provided as we work to implement this new system, our CSM Andrea is always so quick to respond and so helpful.
- Nice ergonomics, playful and easy to use for learners and administrators, always improving and good customer service.
- With cutting-edge capabilities at the administrator's disposal, the platform, which is really expandable, supports the expansion of learning programs. It is, in a word, the best for training.
Cons
- There are some limitations to what you can do and it is sometimes hard to find assistance for problems.
- They are a French based company so sometimes the accents can be difficult to understand especially in the tutorial videos.
- For example, if a program session ends before someone has completed the courses, there's no turning it back on.
