  • Pros

  • It's great, the analysis tools and real-time reports allow me to track the success of my events in detail, improving decision making for future projects.
  • Excellent experience: good customer support, positive feedback from attendees, fun virtual lobby area, ability to network with others.
  • The have a great banks of help tips and topics. Very adaptable to your conference needs, ease of administrating, great solid video and audio.
  • Cons

  • Can’t get the bill till 30 days after the event so have no idea how much we have already spent. This is very unpleasant on a tight budget.
  • Selected because of the ability to used their streaming service. Found the lack of flexibility with some features to be frustrating.
  • Technology always comes with a risk out of anyone's hands.

  • I love how friendly the software is. It’s super easy to figure out and if anything ever goes wrong, the amazing customer service is only a short phone call away.
  • I really do love the ease of OvantionTix, and the reporting of data makes is extremely easy for a small organization such as ours to fulfill our potential.
  • I am thrilled with the OvationTix experience and look forward to the upgrades that will make it an even more rewarding tool for the work required of a small non-profit.

  • Added a row of seats on the website which put us over capacity in our theatre. It is a fire code violation and we can get fined.
  • Duplicate patrons are not listed chronologically which causes a lot of extra button clicking. I have complained about this before.
  • However, there is a lack of functionality of which I am wishing.
