  • Pros

  • Good way to consolidate contacts and keep track of previous leads. Good reporting software, with a little manual effort can be a useful weekly pipeline progress reporting tool.
  • The ability to share folders and secure files were very welcomed. Also, the fact that it is free is quite helpful.
  • We love the Bitrix24 as we just adopted this tool as CRM but then we explored the more features and started using them. Thanks for Bitrix24 team for making this brilliant tool.
  • Cons

  • I would rate it as a total garbage. The worst is that we are losing money every day because of it.
  • And that could be the case, but the problem is that when onboarding a team and asking them to use it for a few simple tasks it causes information overload for them.
  • They don't have birthday greeting features for leads, it is only possible when they have done deals this is just a weird example. Your email bounce back no reports.

  • I have enjoyed leading a team responsible for running our Hub as a company intranet. The team really enjoy using the platform and we post content more than daily.
  • It's easy to use and maintain, and the customer service is absolutely amazing. Any time we get stuck on how to do something, we email support and they help extremely quickly and effectively.
  • Intuitive interface allowing our internal team to manage The Hub day-to-day without issue. We're now in year 2 with The Hub and it's a great tool that can keep pace with our business growth.
  • Cons

  • I was unaware that the build of the site came under "training" rather than "implementation", which increases the cost of development, and so communication on that could clearer.
  • Can be hard to use and find your way around if you haven't had necessary training.
  • I was working on this project alone and my first enquiry email was sent to Pancentric on 13th July.
