-   The ability to manage customer data and our team across multiple locations is very easy.
    
-   One of the ONLY things we do not enjoy is some of the update pushes are not very well communicated by SmartSoft and cause disruptions and/or API programming link breakage.

-   PS has a very archaic system for tracking customer followups and team collaboration and there is no way to automate any customer followups or pretty much anything.
