  • Pros

  • Very happy to be in the Purplepass Ticketing family. Loved the overall experience and support was great.
  • They get back to you promptly, are super friendly, and work to resolve everything quickly.
  • Awesome platform that makes creating events, uploading graphics and ordering wristbands such a breeze. We loved how inclusive the platform is because it served all of our needs.
  • Cons

  • My only suggestion would be to have a"sale completed" screen after the CC is processed, many people thought it didnt go through and charged the customer twice.
  • Could not even find that myself on the site. I can't say enough about how bad the promoter site portion is, and how they need to fix this.
  • The only issues we had were user errors and my personal misunderstandings. I set it up as one week-long event, rather than multiple days and events throughout the week.

  • The software is super user friendly. The layout of the website is clear, sending messages is easy, and I appreciate the ability to track the messages as a campaign.
  • Having an app as well is important for myself and my team in terms of ease of use. I like the shared inboxes and the smart message and scheduled message options.
  • I loved how supportive the implementation and training team is. Having a dedicated rep that is always accessible is a nice feature.
  • Cons

  • Loading contacts can be difficult and confusing.
  • In addition, the messages can take a while to send making it difficult to follow-up.
  • When Email seemed to get lost in the muck more than ever, cadence has allowed us to break through and build a relationship with the students.
