Pros/Cons
Pros
- It's pretty user-friendly, and customer service is alway super helpful. Our staff love it and our members rave about it.
- It is very flexible and user friendly. The Help feature is really helpful and the rare times I've had to contact customer service, they've been super friendly and very knowledgeable.
- This is a fantastic way for all of us to stay connected and communicate needs and events. I love that it emails me when there is an update so I don't have to check the app all the time.
Cons
- One of the worst features is the lack of email options. The window to type in is about 2 inches high, and formatting is seriously limited.
- It seems that my complaints fall on unconcerned ears when i express them to the Staff.
- It can move very slowly at times which can be very frustrating.
Pros
- The Notebird team is always responsive and very helpful. We are extremely impressed and look forward to a long relationship.
- Easy to use, great functionality and features, Notebird customer support has been wonderful at customizing options for us.
- It was very easy to learn and very easy to navigate. I love the customization it allows for me to do exactly what I want.
Cons
- It has been a little awkward to submit updates.
- If I put a note that affects a family, I have to manually duplicate that entry for all affected household members.
- There is no mobile app option for it. This would make it much more accessible.
