Pros/Cons
Pros
- This program has been designed to be very user friendly, the staff all love the options and how quick they can submit a work order. Tracking of the progress is also a great feature.
- My job has a lot to do with work orders so to have a easy to use software is great. The mobile features are also amazing.
- Love the functionality and ability to check in on multiple projects/buildings. The software has proven to be a stable platform.
Cons
- Sometimes emails would get lost in an inbox or forgotten. Now with Tikkit, we are able to keep our work order system more organized and assignments and accountability more defined.
- I think it is still a little limited on some of the options.
- I wish you could drag and drop an image into the work order for time saving purposes, rather than searching on the computer/desktop for the image and attaching it that way.
Pros
- It’s been great, I believe in this company and the individuals I’ve came in contact with have been knowledgeable, kind and helpful.
- Coast has been amazing for our team. I love that I can create groups, channels, and communicate about projects individually with pertinent staff.
- The Coast team has been invaluable for onboarding, designing workspaces around our needs. Their team is professional, kind and very helpful and I can't recommend them more.
Cons
- When the new schedule comes out i can never be able to see it through the app only on my email but this may just be a mistake of the person sending the file.
- Connection was usually poor, and it would take a while to connect to the server on mobile data.
- There are some bugs in the app that are sometimes hard to navigate.
