  • Pros

  • Great advertising in common traffic areas. Nice visual quality and attractive to viewers.
  • Overall, Reach is a great digital signage company. The product is perfect for our company needs and it is very easy to use.
  • REACH has fantastic customer service. From the time I contacted them for quotes to the last issue I had with signage, they are kind, courteous and efficient.
  • Cons

  • Disappointed that there was no leeway in their customer service model to alleviate poor results for owners in the new launch in the fitness industry.
  • There are so many bells and whistles it is a little overwhelming. I mostly only interact with 2 screens yet there are so many places to get lost in the menus.
  • Goes "offline" occasionally - however that may be our outdated computer, or user error.

  • Easy to use, very comprehensive SMS marketing channel. Best part is the customer support and success team - ready to help you out 24*7.
  • They are always looking for ways to improve and best assist those who are using it, I greatly appreciate that.
  • The entire team performs above and beyond, they care about their client's success and they work relentlessly to help us achieve our goals, with a big smile on their face.
  • Cons

  • It's expensive and sometimes it's difficult to anticipate results.
  • I wish there was a way to turn 2 way messaging off. We waste a lot of $$ each month getting people's grocery lists and unintentional texts that we do not want.
  • The only thing that is a bit difficult is making edits to your main campaigns.
