  • Pros

  • The product seems to be user-friendly, and the vendor's pricing is very competitive. The vendor is also extremely responsive in making sure that we get the best service for our company's needs.
  • Nurture program and the ability to text from the platform is great. The ability to have it continually contact candidates automatically is invaluable.
  • Velocify provides all of those things to its users, and that provides all the tools a user needs to stack the odds in their favor, provide vital competitive advantages, and win more customers.
  • Cons

  • The inability to back up after a mistake has been made. I believe this is in part because of the way the program is setup at my workplace.
  • The only complaint I have is when updates are made to the UI and there is no notice, so I click on buttons that did not previously exist.
  • The system does lack some simple daily admissions functions that are very common, such as a daily conversion reports, missed call tracking, inbound call tracking.

  • It's also supported by awesome community and the best documentation/support in the business. The Trailblazer community leads the tech industry in training and documentation.
  • My team members use it in delivering great sales and customer service experience and it has been a great help for all of us.
  • Overall Salesforce is great and can integrate with hundreds of other platforms which makes it an amazing tool to use company wide, not just for sales.
  • Cons

  • It gets a bit frustrating. I also hate the double authentication because I do not always have my phone with me when I need to get on the software.
  • I hate that I have to refresh every thing but I'll deal with it for some of the other options.
  • There is little to be said about cons. I experienced minor trouble when accessing customer support at some point which would probably be the worst of it.
