Pros/Cons
Pros
- The reporting is great, the automation is helpful, and it integrates with QuickBooks Online. I appreciate being able to track PTO.
- But, the thing I love most about Gusto is their customer service. The customer service chat function is wonderful, I get all my problems and questions resolved quickly.
- Amazing interface; very easy to learn;simplifies complicated functions.
Cons
- Delay in processing the transaction. My guess is this is necessary both for banking regulations and possibly Gusto's own cash management.
- I am having a hard time coming up with something about Gusto I don't like. The only thing I can think of is the lack of a dedicated app.
- I am disappointed that I cannot add certain fields. For example, I have to choose between either Personal Time or Vacation Time.
Pros
- The general experience is perfect, the framework permits us to accomplish such a great deal and assists us with advancing our organization in a positive manner.
- Great product, great customer service and add-on services like educational opportunities for HR professionals.
- Love how you can view Paid-Time Off, Pay-Stubs, and Valuable Human Resource Information anytime, anywhere, and even on the go. Love the ability to use this software as an HR database.
Cons
- They hand your employ a manual, give them a call in center, and call it a day. We had to hire a a separate consultant to guide us through implementation because Paycor failed miserably.
- Horrible time getting answers. Horrible experience in setting up our company in the beginning.
- If not for all the work involved, the loss of history that occurs when you change companies, I'd be out shopping now.
