Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • Easy to navigate, great functionality and flexibility. Great reporting tools, easy dashboard for keeping track of sales pipeline and great customer service.
  • HubSpot is so powerful and it has a great user experience and it's so easy to use. It has a free version and it's great for tracking the pipeline and activities.
  • And with hundreds of app integrations, you can connect Hubspot to your other critical business systems with ease. This level of connectivity is superb.
  • Cons

  • However, there aren't any cons with the software that I have found yet mainly because there are things I haven't learned how to do yet so I cannot say they are bad or inefficient.
  • Missing a lot of simple features in other software. Active lists are somewhat useless in workflows since they're stuck in that workflow even if they're no longer active in the list.
  • I cancelled because my bill got higher monthly , and we used it less. They turned my service back on and charged my company for 3 months of service upfront as a cancellation fee.

  • Pros

  • Good way to consolidate contacts and keep track of previous leads. Good reporting software, with a little manual effort can be a useful weekly pipeline progress reporting tool.
  • The ability to share folders and secure files were very welcomed. Also, the fact that it is free is quite helpful.
  • We love the Bitrix24 as we just adopted this tool as CRM but then we explored the more features and started using them. Thanks for Bitrix24 team for making this brilliant tool.
  • Cons

  • I would rate it as a total garbage. The worst is that we are losing money every day because of it.
  • And that could be the case, but the problem is that when onboarding a team and asking them to use it for a few simple tasks it causes information overload for them.
  • They don't have birthday greeting features for leads, it is only possible when they have done deals this is just a weird example. Your email bounce back no reports.
