  • Pros

  • It's a great tool for marketing and sales. It's nice to have one platform to manage both of these important aspects of our business.
  • The easy navigation is my favorite part compared to some of the competitors I used before. Hands on help to learn how it works is a great feature too.
  • So far happy with this choice - a great thumbs up for the fact that you can use HubSpot for the benefit of your business no matter of budget.
  • Cons

  • However, there aren't any cons with the software that I have found yet mainly because there are things I haven't learned how to do yet so I cannot say they are bad or inefficient.
  • Missing a lot of simple features in other software. Active lists are somewhat useless in workflows since they're stuck in that workflow even if they're no longer active in the list.
  • I cancelled because my bill got higher monthly , and we used it less. They turned my service back on and charged my company for 3 months of service upfront as a cancellation fee.

  • An awesome CRM platform with a plethora of information to use to become the best marketer you can be.
  • Salesgirce is very effective when it comes to tracking the progress of each case within my organization, great tutorials to get you started and very easy to navigate through cases and serial numbers.
  • So popular and so powerful for small business is contact management, task management, opportunity tracking, collaboration tools, customer engagement tools. Flexible and easy to use.
  • Cons

  • There is little to be said about cons. I experienced minor trouble when accessing customer support at some point which would probably be the worst of it.
  • I hate that I have to refresh every thing but I'll deal with it for some of the other options.
  • It gets a bit frustrating. I also hate the double authentication because I do not always have my phone with me when I need to get on the software.
