Pros/Cons
Pros
- Easy to navigate, great functionality and flexibility. Great reporting tools, easy dashboard for keeping track of sales pipeline and great customer service.
- HubSpot is so powerful and it has a great user experience and it's so easy to use. It has a free version and it's great for tracking the pipeline and activities.
- And with hundreds of app integrations, you can connect Hubspot to your other critical business systems with ease. This level of connectivity is superb.
Cons
- However, there aren't any cons with the software that I have found yet mainly because there are things I haven't learned how to do yet so I cannot say they are bad or inefficient.
- Missing a lot of simple features in other software. Active lists are somewhat useless in workflows since they're stuck in that workflow even if they're no longer active in the list.
- I cancelled because my bill got higher monthly , and we used it less. They turned my service back on and charged my company for 3 months of service upfront as a cancellation fee.
Pros
- I like the reliability of Pipedrive. It has been and amazing customer engagement tool that has been working so well.
- What I really love about Pipedrive is how highly customizable it is. You have the ability to tailor the software to your specific needs, which is a huge advantage.
- Pipedrive's many effective and useful functions make it one of the best sales tools for storing contacts and service prices and tracking sales progress.
Cons
- Everyone was stepping on each other's toes and had no idea who was called and what was discussed. Some inquiries were never replied to (just lost).
- I would have stuck with this software if it had not merged my calendars and copied things from previous years causing me a lot of stress, headache, and confusion with my day to day tasks.
- Bit costly and being a beginner it was bit difficult for creating filters and objects. Enabling few functionalities for certain teams are missing.
