Pros/Cons
Pros
- It has been a fantastic tool that has allowed me to more effectively and efficiently perform the duties of my job.
- Informers ability to traverse the database is super powerful and a huge time saver.
- Creating custom expressions for those fields that you need within a specific mapping. Amazing visually and gives you a great end result.
Cons
- We built our own report for doing this. Also, with it being entirely java based on the server side, it can have some problems with garbage collection.
- We had an issue with another database and were unable to use the tool it came with. We were told there was no way to integrate it with our Student Information System.
- The cons are that the reporting does take a while to load, which can be frustrating.
Pros
- Dataslayer offers the best cost-benefit ratio in its market, serving as an excellent alternative to Supermetrics. The tool supports a wide variety of data sources and works very well.
- This allows me to better understand the figures to be able to make good conclusions, this is thanks to the optimization of time when calling up the data.
- Easy to use, easy to connect and set up connectors and sources. Excellent, brilliant and fast customer support.
Cons
- There aren't all the features you need. I had many problems finding dimensions mostly.
- For my use, I can't see anything that is missing.
- A workaround can be easily found by using multiple Google Sheets, but it is slightly less convenient, unless I am missing something.
