Pros/Cons
Pros
- It's very flexible and understandable for someone like me who is not the best at accounting/bookkeeping. The pricing model also seems very fair for what you're getting.
- I love the ease of use, its design of it and all of its features. It made managing my business income and expenses simple and I loved the dashboard with the overall look at how the business was doing.
- Anytime I have had to use customer service they have been readily available and diligent with their commitment to helping me reach a resolution. It has made invoicing easier for myself and my clients.
Cons
- Innovation attempts create confusion and many basic reporting features are either excluded or lost value because of the report structure and lack of customization.
- SO LISTEN CAREFULLY, WAVE IS A SCAM TO GET YOUR MONEY!!! I am currently filing suit and reporting to consumer fraud, and any other outlet I can to stop them from scamming others.
- The last advisor never did the things he was supposed to do and he finally just stopped working for me. I complained to his supervisor, but to little effect. Now I'm looking for an outside bookkeeper.
Pros
- Its a great software, simple and very user friendly at the same time packs in most of invoicing and inventory features. Would be looking forward to a good upgrade to their app.
- Excellent Software thay i would recommend to a start up business or even established business. Very user friendly and has all the amazing benefits and tools you need to run a business.
- My personal experience with Customer Support has been excellent -- very fast, very friendly, very helpful.
Cons
- Date functions work only with hyphen only whereas it should work with slash (/) or full stop (.). TCS charged by supplier cannot be booked under expenses entries.
- The software is incapable of data analysis and especially in expense management and COGS finding.
- Got a bit confused initially with allocating payments.
