  • Pros

  • It's very flexible and understandable for someone like me who is not the best at accounting/bookkeeping. The pricing model also seems very fair for what you're getting.
  • I love the ease of use, its design of it and all of its features. It made managing my business income and expenses simple and I loved the dashboard with the overall look at how the business was doing.
  • Anytime I have had to use customer service they have been readily available and diligent with their commitment to helping me reach a resolution. It has made invoicing easier for myself and my clients.
  • Cons

  • Innovation attempts create confusion and many basic reporting features are either excluded or lost value because of the report structure and lack of customization.
  • SO LISTEN CAREFULLY, WAVE IS A SCAM TO GET YOUR MONEY!!! I am currently filing suit and reporting to consumer fraud, and any other outlet I can to stop them from scamming others.
  • The last advisor never did the things he was supposed to do and he finally just stopped working for me. I complained to his supervisor, but to little effect. Now I'm looking for an outside bookkeeper.
