Pros/Cons
Pros
- It's very flexible and understandable for someone like me who is not the best at accounting/bookkeeping. The pricing model also seems very fair for what you're getting.
- I love the ease of use, its design of it and all of its features. It made managing my business income and expenses simple and I loved the dashboard with the overall look at how the business was doing.
- Anytime I have had to use customer service they have been readily available and diligent with their commitment to helping me reach a resolution. It has made invoicing easier for myself and my clients.
Cons
- Innovation attempts create confusion and many basic reporting features are either excluded or lost value because of the report structure and lack of customization.
- SO LISTEN CAREFULLY, WAVE IS A SCAM TO GET YOUR MONEY!!! I am currently filing suit and reporting to consumer fraud, and any other outlet I can to stop them from scamming others.
- The last advisor never did the things he was supposed to do and he finally just stopped working for me. I complained to his supervisor, but to little effect. Now I'm looking for an outside bookkeeper.
Pros
- I like that it has an unique feature like attaching receipts to my expenses and it is easy to understand when compared to other. The automation system was excellent.
- The software is extensive and seems easy enough to use. Supports advanced accounting functionality and would be a good solution for any small business.
- Customer services are responsive and helpful, easy to use with a clean user interface, i like the ability to conduct payment online using payment gateway.
Cons
- They call you at ridiculous times and then email to say they called and to call them back. You call them back and no one is available.
- I was afraid to use it, no knowing who would be viewing our data.
- The major problem with Zoho Book is that it is only practical with a small business.
