Pros/Cons
Pros
- The documentation works well with voice recognition and is very easy to use on daily and progress notes. The fax function works very well and appointment reminders is a nice feature.
- I love the fact that it allows for clear, concise, and timely documentation. The reports are fabulous.
- We have been using WebPT for over 6 months now and the transition could not have gone better. We elected to use Kareo for the ability of seamless documentation and billing - and highly recommend it.
Cons
- None of my charges were going through due to EDI errors. No one knew what was happening so they had me complete the change over early.
- More recently they are having problems with documenting cancellations and no shows which they were not even aware of.
- Called and after a 45-minute wait no answers, just do the forms again or call the insurance companies. I could not submit charges for one MONTH.
Pros
- Their approach is consistently professional and it is actually a pleasure dealing with them because I know they will do their utmost to help.
- From both a legal health care provider chart documentation standpoint, AND a business standpoint, Jane App Is SUPER user friendly and just over all awesome.
- I love how easy this software is to make appointments and chart for my patients. It is great to be able to look up other templates as well if I don't want to create my own note template.
Cons
- It's very frustrating when we have a patient that needs multiple supplements and we have to send individual invoices for up to 10 products, sometimes more.
- Any features I feel are missing, I have added as feature requests and they have been voted on.
- I have used JaneApp as a client with about 3 different organizations and I always run into the same time-consuming, frustrating issue.
