Pros/Cons
Pros
- Software works great, very fast and very dynamic. Love the interface, clean, simple, and easy to use.
- The ease of using this program from desktop PC's to iPads anywhere there is internet is wonderful. It is more than robust for our 10,000 plus skus.
- You can read all about the features and I could tell you everything that we love or you can just be smart like we were and just try it.
Cons
- I have since disputed the charges on my credit card because I feel that is the only way I'm going to recoup my money. My next step is that I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.
- The only negative would be, I live in Newfoundland, we have lots of storms and the power goes out frequently. I do sometimes have to call after outages to sync my ipad with my receipt printer.
- Our experience with Lightspeed is single handedly the worst experience we have ever had with any vendor, rep, or supplier.
Pros
- And do it all in one place - is awesome. And the fact that it is all so easy and user friendly is just a bonus.
- The timing features for happy hour pricing, the ease of use for customers and staff, inventory use, ease of changing items on the fly during service. Such a great product for fast casual use.
- Integrations, ease of use, flexibility of what parts you wish to use, interest in feedback, hardware is amazing.
Cons
- Install was a total disaster and cost our company over 40K in losses. They refused to take responsibility for their failures.
- Customer Support Inadequate and Multiple Charges on customer accounts.
- You end up paying more in lost time, chargeback fees, and waste money on a subscription that doesn't even provide you with enough support.
