  • Pros

  • I think this is a great software to use that is secure and safe money transfer. I would recommend this to anyone that wants to make purchases secure.
  • Paypal is fantastic; it's easy to use, and I like that it's accepted by so many merchants. When that choice is open, I always take it, and it has saved me money.
  • Best features are definitely ease of use (it is pretty intuitive) and the ability to create presets for items. We used these presets for ticket prices and merchandise.
  • Cons

  • Sometime paypal fails to solve the issue on time and their SLA and sometime I felt that they have poor internal ticketing system. Since you have to tell your problem again and again.
  • The thing I dislike is the same thing I dislike about all card readers.
  • The worst part about PayPal Help is that you absolutely cannot talk to a human over the phone. It's very overwhelming and scary not knowing what to do.

  • Yeah ---- NEVER have I experienced this with Stripe. They have a beautiful online system, they have happy employees ---- that can only mean Stripe really knows how to stay in business.
  • It is really good and fast, cheap commissions, good integrations. I recommended on most of the cases.
  • Stripe has revolutionized how I handle guest payments. Its seamless integration, reliability, flexibility and security make it the perfect payment processing solution for my small business.

  • Hello there, we are really frustrated and sad about Stripe cancelation fees and Stripe dispute method. We won't be working with them anymore.
  • They don't fight at all for the business. If it is disputed, you'll end up losing money on the transaction.
  • The thing that i hate the least about this is that you cannot get a live person on the phone and you have to deal with issues via their portal, cant manage disputes very well.
