  • Pros

  • Overall, ReThink has been amazing. The Customer service responds within hours to any concern, and consistently seeks feedback on how they can make their already amazing software better.
  • Their onboarding and support teams are efficient and proactive. It is clear management cares about their clients and is invested in their success.
  • This means we have not only consistent, but quality communication with a team dedicated to improvement.
  • Cons

  • It's a little awkward to filter out errors when technicians make a mistake in data collection after the appointment has been verified. We HATE the interval and duration timers.
  • None of the staff seem inconvenienced by my ongoing questions or mistakes. This is my first business and getting started couldn't have been easier.
  • The plans are fairly useless to us in the field as they are not designed for clinical practices. The behavior reduction program layout makes it too simple to just check a lot of boxes.

  • I love the support, always helpful, always quick to respond. Staff can reliably access the app from kindles which helps keep overhead down.
  • The platform has a several great features that have significantly improved our company's efficiency. The best part of Theralytics is its exceptional support team.
  • I love using them in comparison to other vendors because they’re super easy, fast, reliable, affordable, professional, and highly competitive with their competitors.
  • Cons

  • The only grievance we have with the data software is the graphs; we are unable to utilize them for our reports due to not entering baseline data from previous reporting period.
  • No offline accessibility (because that is through the non-functional app). Data collection is impotently limited - not clinically useful whatsoever.
  • Other platforms we have tried have been cumbersome, difficult to train on, and/or completely unaffordable for a small business.
