  • Pros

  • Their onboarding and support teams are efficient and proactive. It is clear management cares about their clients and is invested in their success.
  • Overall, ReThink has been amazing. The Customer service responds within hours to any concern, and consistently seeks feedback on how they can make their already amazing software better.
  • This means we have not only consistent, but quality communication with a team dedicated to improvement.
  • Cons

  • It's a little awkward to filter out errors when technicians make a mistake in data collection after the appointment has been verified. We HATE the interval and duration timers.
  • None of the staff seem inconvenienced by my ongoing questions or mistakes. This is my first business and getting started couldn't have been easier.
  • The plans are fairly useless to us in the field as they are not designed for clinical practices. The behavior reduction program layout makes it too simple to just check a lot of boxes.

  • Working with [sensitive content hidden] has been an absolute pleasure. They are knowledgeable, kind, and eager to help.
  • The customer service is the best attribute to this software by far. The team at Alleva is always happy to help us in learning how to use their product and tailor the product itself to suit our needs.
  • I like that the software is capable of many things and can be edited to fit each companies needs. I love that it autosaves everything.

  • There are very many components that my agency does not use and so it's confusing to have to ignore so much of what is on our screen.
  • It is frustrating to have the system glitch multiple times a shift - screens not populating with data already entered, at least daily a message saying there is a loading error.
  • Have to logout and log back in. When you are trying to get meds to 60 people and you have to keep doing this - its annoying.
