Pros/Cons
Pros
- The design and UI is super cute. It feels like a fresh addition to what can be a stodgy part of a business--HR.
- The product is perfect and easy to use for those who are busy but want to eat and maintain a fun, healthy life. The quality of product and their effect to be environmentally friendly is awesome.
- Being able to administer our benefits from our payroll platform has been invaluable. Customer service is super responsive, system is easy to use, and flexible to meet out needs.
Cons
- The problems continued into this year - anytime I had a problem, it consistently took waaaaaay to much time to get a response from someone who could actually fix my problem.
- To make matter's worse they did not own the problem initially. It took a lot of screaming at front line people to have them understand that they made this mistake.
- Even after having an account with the company, I was unable to log into the android version. I was confused to whether the app even had anything to do with the company.
Pros
- I love the idea of moving to a paperless system for my employees. Customer support is excellent - very helpful and approachable.
- Overall, a fantastic product and system. Very easy to use, and most importantly affordable for SME's.
- Integration of the system into our current day to day was easy and straightforward, and training was brilliant. The platform is really easy to use.
Cons
- The harassment from their sales team. I didn't appreciate the aggressive sales approach or the blackmail that followed, which was ultimately followed through with.
- Digging online it seems this is their sales tactic, no mention of it and getting people to sign + will only cancel if 80% of the contract remainder is paid.
- I am resentful of the time they have wasted but I did always want to try Breathe HR.
