Pros/Cons
Pros
- It's very easy to implement, it works as they say it does and our employees are thrilled.
- Love Rain easy to use and a great help when you have bills due before your next payday or just need gas for a few days.
- I love knowing how much I’ve earned at any given time, and the financial tips and other notifications are so helpful. Rain truly cares about the end user’s experience.
Cons
- I hate that there is no way to call the company, only email or message back and forth in the app.
- The only thing that I dislike is that we can’t use our company’s pay card as an account to withdraw to, seems silly to me. So I guess that’s the only thing I wish was different.
- I have yet to find a con. There really is nothing I can write that is negative about the RAIN app.
Pros
- It’s been great so user friendly and comprehensive. I can see anyone with any sort of experience and in any position loving this software.
- I also like the ease of using the reporting feature to build, edit reports you your own specification is great. I also like the standard Batch of PR reports that’s provided.
- It is comforting to know ADP Workforce Now is 100% reliable. I am always confident the payroll process will run effortlessly and efficiently.
Cons
- I've had one or two problems with logging in over time, and once had a problem with resetting my password for some reason. That were the only 2 issues I've had when accessing WorkforceNow.
- If you switch between this and the other software ADP provides its is very confusing as both of the login platforms are extremely similar and confusing to employees.
- The Healthcare portion is terrible when it comes to setting up new hires. The team in charge has poor communication with management and doesn't not inform them of when they should expect their forms.
