Pros/Cons
Pros
- Two interactions in 3+ years speaks for itself in terms of the quality of the product.I cannot say I like something the most, because I love all of it.
- Project easy management and Wavebox is excellent feedback collection product and through its classy interface saving project time and cost is quite effective.
- Also I love it provides integration with popular team collaboration tools like Slack, Microsoft Teams and Google Workspace enabling seamless communication and collaboration with my team members.
Cons
- It is a browser that once you take control of it, you will hardly be able to stop using it, it prevents you from having multiple profiles in other browsers for different cookies.
- My gmail doesnt stay connected, so everyday I have to sign in. Not a deal breaker, but it is a pain.
- I don't think WaveBox is missing any features for what I use it for every day.
Pros
- Shift is a great platform for those trying to manage multiple emails. Bouncing between calendars and Google Drives is super helpful.
- Adore the integration with apps like WhatsApp, Slack and HootSuite--it's like having my very own personalized terminal with all of the solutions I need to get my work done efficiently.
- I love the simplicity of having multiple Gmail accounts logged in and not have 10 windows open- easy to access G-drive- and other software like Frame.io.
Cons
- NOW, it does not work and locks up the application completely, to the point that I have no choice but to remove it from my shift.
- It’s inability to function with our company outlook email without a workaround is a serious inconvenience.
- Worst Customer Service and product I have ever purchased.
