  • Pros

  • Softwares that could handle our volume were not affordable or approachable for small business. GreenRope has been a great solution for us, and I am very impressed with their support.
  • I like the ease of moving a contact from one group to another (or having them in multiple groups). The ability to customize which information you'd like to collect from a contact is a huge plus.
  • I like how flexible it is and how much you can do with it for an affordable price. The ability of the software to create solutions to various problems is impressive.
  • Cons

  • Nothing, I am new to GR so alot of my problems are more about me being new to it, than anything wrong with the software.
  • It replaced the horrible infusionsoft product and its terrible customer service.
  • HATE how you have to click OK after you update each piece of the company.

  • It's also supported by awesome community and the best documentation/support in the business. The Trailblazer community leads the tech industry in training and documentation.
  • My team members use it in delivering great sales and customer service experience and it has been a great help for all of us.
  • Overall Salesforce is great and can integrate with hundreds of other platforms which makes it an amazing tool to use company wide, not just for sales.
  • Cons

  • It gets a bit frustrating. I also hate the double authentication because I do not always have my phone with me when I need to get on the software.
  • I hate that I have to refresh every thing but I'll deal with it for some of the other options.
  • There is little to be said about cons. I experienced minor trouble when accessing customer support at some point which would probably be the worst of it.
