Pros/Cons
Pros
- It is great and very easy to use. I like it very much and highly recommend it for everyone.
- Their design was top notch but they changed it and made it even better. They're constantly looking for ways to improve their product and service and their efforts are recognized and appreciated.
- We've been using Buzzsprout for several years with great success. Amazing service at an amazing price.
Cons
- I was worried my late payment would mean my archive would be gone and the hard work of two years would be lost forever.
- Needless to mention that we had a previous service provider whose downtimes were unacceptable and response times were very poor.
- I actually do not have a single complaint. I am close to a year in using this and have no plans on leaving the site.
Pros
- They're responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help. Any questions or issues I've had were resolved swiftly and efficiently.
- Ease of use and templates are great. It understands the context quite good and creates good content.
- The interface it's really user friendly, it saves a lot of time and allows me to catch the best moments of my videos. The implementation on my day to day use for social media growth was easy.
Cons
- That there are some errors when editing, that it is not possible to replace one video with another once the subtitles have been created.
- Watermark unless you pay for the full service.
- Since it's a paid service, I find it a bit intrusive. I also don't like the limit of 3 media items, per scene.
