  • Pros

  • Commence is a powerful tool that integrates marketing, sales and lead management seamlessly. Commence support has been amazing with a friendly knowledgeable staff eager to help.
  • We are excited to be on board with Commence CRM. The company did a fantastic job implementing the program and tailoring it to our requirements.
  • The ability to customize the calendar, in so many important ways, using such great tools, makes Commence one of my favorite pieces of software ever.
  • Cons

  • Inability to store files (docs, PDFs, etc) directly within the database. Lack of formatting options (highlighting, bullets) in text fields.
  • We have automated numerous departments and also SMB's with Commence and have yet to find a problem it will not bring a proper solution.
  • We have had employee complaints about redundancy and not as user friendly to navigate through.

  • It is a great tool for sales forecasting, sales management, and as a CRM. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a useful, customizable tool that is good to manage a small company.
  • With the help of this am able to track all my deliverables as well to make my customers satisfied from its amazing efficiencies and also helps in the better growth of my business.
  • I love the app version, and I am able to connect Insightly with other apps. It offers great value for the product, and customer support is good, and responsive.
  • Cons

  • So i got charged instantly with even having a trial which seems a very odd way to go about things in my opinion.
  • We've noticed that it does not automatically refresh notes entered which may just be a first world problem but is frustrating when working on a team.
  • To make it worse, Insightly has very weak customer service. You don't hear back from them for 24 hours and even then they use a help service that is full of noise and hard to follow.
