Pros
- I have had a great experience using Target Process. I really appreciate that when I have an issue, there are live agents that are knowledgeable and ready to help.
- The product has been very stable, which is a key requirement. There are fantastic integrations available with other systems that are used in our dev environment.
- The web-hosted version of Target Process is outstanding for a small company that wants sophisticated collaboration software without a dedicated IT staff.

- There was a lack of integrations with other productivity and deployment tools at our company.
- Very time consuming at the beginning because of missing drafts or templates.
- Tracking and reporting at a project level is still very weak.
