Pros/Cons
Pros
- It is a great tool for sales forecasting, sales management, and as a CRM. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a useful, customizable tool that is good to manage a small company.
- With the help of this am able to track all my deliverables as well to make my customers satisfied from its amazing efficiencies and also helps in the better growth of my business.
- I love the app version, and I am able to connect Insightly with other apps. It offers great value for the product, and customer support is good, and responsive.
Cons
- So i got charged instantly with even having a trial which seems a very odd way to go about things in my opinion.
- We've noticed that it does not automatically refresh notes entered which may just be a first world problem but is frustrating when working on a team.
- To make it worse, Insightly has very weak customer service. You don't hear back from them for 24 hours and even then they use a help service that is full of noise and hard to follow.
Pros
- I'm processing around 50 invoices on a monthly basis and it's a great tool. Also I managed to connect it to my cashflow software which is a super helpful with my forecasting duty.
- We use Sellsy for our company and we are 100% satisfied. Simple and intuitive we save time and we appreciate that.
- I like it a lot for my company : easy, powerful and really useful, it's must have.
Cons
- Even worse is there is no way to turn this off. What business owner or manager wants his or her employees pushing sellsy as a product to their customers when they should be doing their job.
- Infact I personally consider their use of the word synchronisation in google to be misleading. They should just call it basic integration because in reality it is nothing more than that.
- MOBILE APP: Does not work in offline mode. No way to view emails linked to an item in sellsy.
