  • Pros

  • They clearly care about your experience with their software and go above and beyond to help resolve any issues or concerns and they generally respond fairly quick.
  • The service is great, I have never had difficulty with my calls. The customer service is excellent, staff is patient, friendly, and eager to help.
  • Having been with them almost 3 years now I can say confidently that they have a great customer support team. Any issues my team has had have been resolved immediately.
  • Cons

  • The process became confusing, not knowing if we are talking with nextiva or another company. Nextiva refused to cancel our service and continued charging our credit card.
  • Beyond customers lost and team hours wasted, even calling Nextiva’s tech support was made more difficult since anyone calling tech support was required by Nextiva to be an account admin.
  • Our onboarding to Nextiva was, frankly, a terrible and protracted experience.

  • Overall, RingCentral is outstanding. The price is affordable and I love the fact that there's no contract.
  • I really enjoy the clean lay out of the program, it just looks visually appealing while using. Especially the screen that pops up with nice large blue buttons.
  • We utilize Salesforce heavily and the ease of use RingCentral provides with SF is wonderful. Highly Recommend the product if you are looking for a new VoIP provider.
  • Cons

  • I emailed, went to facebook and used the chatbot to try and cancel and no one executed my cancelation and was charged for the service.
  • These people are the worst. And this is their sales department, the department that is usually the nicest to deal with.
  • There is a user limitation (max 4) on the RingCentral Meetings portion of the base software that really makes it unusable without upgrading, so that was a bit disappointing to find out.
