  • Pros

  • I have been very impressed by the available Knowledge Base and Community for answering my questions about functionality and best practices. Zendesk Support has also been a fantastic resource.
  • I liked the standardization of different support metrics. The CSAT is pretty good and APIs are very useful.
  • I like how easy anyone can be trained to use this, making sure clients are taken care of is a huge priority so this is a wonderful platform for that.
  • Cons

  • We never had support on issues, lost clients, lost statistics, etc. But when payment is due, then they sent many emails.
  • The alert sound is as bad as one could sound and the lack of some useful features proved a NO GO! for me.
  • Another cons is their technical support is very poor, it’s not that often you’ll need it but when you do, it’s hard to get it.

  • Perfectly, it made things so easy even though my issue took a while to resolve. They did everything perfectly on their part and were able to due to the ease of use of live chat.
  • I use this software to help with my typing skills by practicing my speed and accuracy. I use this software daily because it is fun to use and I get better the more I practice.
  • We're pretty much communicating directly with clients in a super fast, easy manner. It frees up everyone's time and definitely helps us to leave a good impression and make a few extra bucks.
  • Cons

  • On occasion LiveChat will loop in connect mode and stay stuck. I have had customers angry or more angry because they end up having to call anyway.
  • No sharing of documents is allowed. Sometimes customers get confused or discouraged when we cannot convey the exact details.
  • The internet is a risky place, and people tend to always be worried about their information being shared.
