  • Pros

  • It's also supported by awesome community and the best documentation/support in the business. The Trailblazer community leads the tech industry in training and documentation.
  • My team members use it in delivering great sales and customer service experience and it has been a great help for all of us.
  • Overall Salesforce is great and can integrate with hundreds of other platforms which makes it an amazing tool to use company wide, not just for sales.
  • Cons

  • It gets a bit frustrating. I also hate the double authentication because I do not always have my phone with me when I need to get on the software.
  • I hate that I have to refresh every thing but I'll deal with it for some of the other options.
  • There is little to be said about cons. I experienced minor trouble when accessing customer support at some point which would probably be the worst of it.

  • It is by far the most visually appealing real estate software, which makes it incredibly easy to use. I loved the ease of sorting clients by various criteria, to specialize the call lists for the day.
  • I loved this software and found it very easy to learn and use and visually appealing. I love the sorting and filtering features.
  • Customer support is great every time I have a question they are able to answer it right away. The features are great as well, love the e-alerts, vitals report, tracking capabilities.
  • Cons

  • Adding a new lead (fake # or no #). Landline numbers (why not call? Just pass along to agent?).
  • When you have Leads such as gaye boi, i mean really. Bad phone numbers and emails.
  • I think it takes a long time to hear back from someone regarding any problems or issues a user can have at times.
