Pros/Cons
Pros
- It's also supported by awesome community and the best documentation/support in the business. The Trailblazer community leads the tech industry in training and documentation.
- My team members use it in delivering great sales and customer service experience and it has been a great help for all of us.
- Overall Salesforce is great and can integrate with hundreds of other platforms which makes it an amazing tool to use company wide, not just for sales.
Cons
- It gets a bit frustrating. I also hate the double authentication because I do not always have my phone with me when I need to get on the software.
- I hate that I have to refresh every thing but I'll deal with it for some of the other options.
- There is little to be said about cons. I experienced minor trouble when accessing customer support at some point which would probably be the worst of it.
Pros
- Their customer support team has real people responding to your questions and they have great response time and are always happy to help.
- They are very responsive to any questions and always do their best to provide the best product possible.
- The ease of use and import has been a huge highlight to this software. They are constantly putting forth effort to make this software improved in function and reliability.
Cons
- There are so many features it can be a bit intimidating to learn for a user who is used to much less.
- The calendar functionality is difficult to get accustomed to.
- Have to often enter same task multiple times. Had issue with Time Off that crossed pay periods.
