  • Pros

  • It's also supported by awesome community and the best documentation/support in the business. The Trailblazer community leads the tech industry in training and documentation.
  • My team members use it in delivering great sales and customer service experience and it has been a great help for all of us.
  • Overall Salesforce is great and can integrate with hundreds of other platforms which makes it an amazing tool to use company wide, not just for sales.
  • Cons

  • It gets a bit frustrating. I also hate the double authentication because I do not always have my phone with me when I need to get on the software.
  • I hate that I have to refresh every thing but I'll deal with it for some of the other options.
  • There is little to be said about cons. I experienced minor trouble when accessing customer support at some point which would probably be the worst of it.

  • I love the ease and interface of this program. It’s very smooth for the most part and the stats provided are a fantastic tracking tool.
  • Great product and great support should you need anything ,was a funniest when it came to using some software but all I had to do was contact the support department and they plenty helpful.
  • The customer support agents on LiveEngage is just an extra reason why I love this program , they are polite ,willing to help and are available at all times.
  • Cons

  • Terrible customer support, a real pain to cancel the service...they continued to charge us even after the 90 day period from cancellation.
  • Overall live engage is the worst live chat platform I have worked with. The chat feature often just kicks customers out of their chat which is a terrible experience.
  • Terrible customer service - we were charged for months after closing the account.
